Our hosting facility has 4 major bandwidth pipes coming in. If the service ceases on one pipe, it automatically transfers to another, keeping your websites seamlessly up and running. To protect against AC power loss, all equipment is connected to battery-operated uninterrupted power supplies.

We have an automated backup program, monitored and enhanced on a regular basis. All web and database servers are configured to backup all data daily to a dedicated backup server in our facility. We download these backups to our office in Lincoln, Rhode Island shortly thereafter. From there, we burn the backups to DVD and store them in a fireproof safe for 3 months.
